We only have currently had a consult visit, but the staff was very nice. Much nicer than our last orthodontist, they made the kids feel welcomed and not just like a payment, we plan on continuing to use them. Communication was great, and they did not ignore me when I asked about other options.

The initial visit is welcoming and inviting. The waiting space provides a small gaming station for patients. The staff are kind and reassuring. They spent tons of time with our family communicating and designing a plan for our dental care. Afterward, my girls joined the Kids Club and received prizes! The staff printed reminders and coordinated with our regular dentist. Our family is excited (not kidding) to return soon!
Great experience with all the staff in preparing my son to receive his new smile! Staff was patient throughout the beginning stages of the process. Received great communication leading up to the day of his braces and beyond. Very happy so far! Looking forward to the end result!
I am very impressed with the care and attention we have received from Dr. Dietrich. He is well respected in the dental community and came highly recommended. He took the time to go over every detail of our treatment plan, and his staff is also well prepared to answer questions. Furthermore, I'm impressed that my appointments have always started right on time!
